Chakra Meditation Course

These take place twice a year, and the course lasts for 9 weeks. I have now added an advanced chakra Meditation course which takes place once a year and is Available for those who have completed the first course. The seven main chakras or energy centres in the body Are focused on over the 9 weeks, with 2 weeks being spent on each chakra. Taking people on an inner journey to discover themselves can sometimes change peoples lives, enabling them to leave past difficulties behind and to look to the future with renewed hope and vigour.

As we journey through the centres and come to the psychic and spiritual ones this enables an opening up and connection with the spiritual nature and connections with our spirit guides and communicators.

The next Chakra meditation course is starting on Thursday 14th October 7.30pm – 10pm 250, Chichester Road, North End, Portsmouth PO2 0AU .
